Westman Magic to have new board of Directors

The Softball Brandon board of directors voted unanimously to separate from Westman Magic and for the Magic program to form their own separate board.  Please see the motion below.  

Timeline:

Softball Brandon AGM: September 24th (North End Community Centre- Awards at 6pm, meeting to follow)

Westman Magic board nomination, Between September 24th and October 9th 

Westman Magic Election: 30 days after the Softball Brandon AGM

_{^{I move that Westman Magic separate from Softball Brandon effective immediately after the Westman Magic board election.  At the Softball Brandon AGM, an election will be called for 30 days from the Softball Brandon AGM date.  Call for nominations will start the date of the Softball Brandon AGM and will close 15 days following.  The election will be facilitated by the Westman Regional director for Softball Manitoba.}}
